Living in Fellowship Everyday

Hear the Call! Have you ever had the desire to change but frustrated with the results? Are you ashamed of the things that you do when no one else is around? What would you do if a friend put a mirror in front of you, showing you how they really saw your actions and attitude, to see who and what you really are? How would you respond? Would your reaction be to walk away, defensive, angry and hardened to them? Or would it be in appreciation of how much they care for you, that they would take the time to speak the truth in love, willing to risk your anger for the love of your soul?

LiFE Groups at Bethany will begin the training and equipping God's people to facilitate these groups. Part of this building up will begin with the How People Change class led by Pastor EJ and Sharon de Waard beginning September 16. This class for believers that have the desire to know God and experience true fellowship with other believers. This is a time to learn what it means to be discipled, to be held accountable and to pray for one another as we learn what it means to participate in the ministry of God's Word.

Ephesians 3:14
I kneel before the Father, from whome his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established inlove, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ and to know his love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
